Circle of Control

Keep a close eye on your circle of control. Be Proactive, NOT Reactive! Set Those boundaries. Having passion for your purpose-driven vision isn’t enough. You have to boundaries to keep driving towards your dream.

I work with a lot of passionate people. Too often they are passionate about everything put in front of them… they never say no. Said another way, they never commit focus and resources to any single project long enough to make a difference.

You have to have boundaries. Boundaries are what enable you to focus your energy, attention and resources and create an impact. Saying no to someone or something is saying yes to your vision.

It’s a simple lesson, but hard to remember in the moment. Boundaries are your friends. Commit to you!
